Vision Counting-----a new counting method

Counting is often used in the industrial production process, especially for small products, when manual counting has its disadvantage of low efficiency and inaccuracy. Workers are easy to feel visual fatigue during the counting process which may result in inaccurate counting. For general products, weighing probably is a solution which can not make 100% accuracy either. Working principle of visual counter:

Materials in slow storage material room will be delivered by a multi-stage vibration feeder along the vibration groove plate to the feeding mouth, during which makes the shape of the materials from piles to continuous strips. When materials fall through the recognition area of the camera, the linear array camera will capture the posture and shape of the materials and transfer the information to the high-speed microprocessor.After the powerful algorithm of the processing center, quantity of the materials is accurately calculated while the real-time counting is realized.
